Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures the fastest and most efficient process for you.

Refund/Return

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please email us info.hojgaard@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with our returns process.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be in their original packaging/condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All customers are responsible for the cost of shipment back to us.

Damaged Items and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged by the customer will not be refunded.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
