Shipping policy

Shipping times:

All items are shipped via various global shipping services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
• EU: 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS
• REST OF WORLD: 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS

This excludes any postal delays and fulfilment time.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours unless stated otherwise on the product page, providing the items are in stock. Please allow more time for delivery within busy holiday periods. If there are any concerns regarding delivery times please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

Højgaard cannot be held responsible for any customs clearance.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means duties, custom charges and sale taxes are included in your checkout total. You'll see a full cost breakdown before completing your purchase
